Professional Background
Pam began her healthcare career at age 16 as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) at a retirement home. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Radford University and began her nursing career as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Northern Virginia.
After five years at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Pam relocated to Winchester, Virginia, where she spent 15 years as a charge nurse on the Mother Baby unit. She later continued her education at Shenandoah University, earning a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and becoming certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Pam has gained clinical experience in family practice, urgent care, pain management, urogynecology, nephrology, and cardiology. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and was the first Nurse Practitioner at Winchester Medical Center to receive an international DAISY Award recognizing compassionate patient care and clinical skill.
With a nursing background spanning multiple areas of medicine, Pam brings broad clinical experience to the evaluation and management of patients with sinus, allergy, ear, nose, and throat concerns.

Pam believes effective care begins with collaboration, clear communication, and patient education. She takes time to help patients understand their condition and available treatment options so they can participate in decisions about their care.
When appropriate, Pam supports minimally invasive treatment options that may help make the recovery process more manageable. Her approach centers on working with each patient to develop an accessible treatment plan based on their condition, needs, and healthcare goals.
